Attorneys

Victoria Linder's practice focuses exclusively on Family Law.  Ms. Linder completed her undergraduate studies at Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida, where she graduated in 2003 with a bachelor of arts in organizational behavior, summa cum laude.  In 2006, Ms. Linder earned a Juris Doctor with distinction from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law and proceeded to develop her litigation skills as a law clerk and associate attorney at a Sacramento Family Law firm and a general civil litigation firm.  Ms. Linder is an aggressive advocate for her clients when the case calls for that but she is always seeking to resolve matters out of court, which diminishes the emotional and financial stress for the entire family.
