Victoria S. Linder was born in Florida; she moved to California while earning her Juris Doctor with distinction from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law. She graduated summa cum laude from Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida. After earning her law degree, Ms. Linder proceeded to develop her litigation skills as an associate attorney at a Sacramento Family Law firm and a general civil litigation firm. Ms. Linder is now married and has a young daughter. She is an aggressive advocate for her clients when the case requires such advocacy, but she is always seeking to resolve matters amicably out of court, which can greatly diminish the emotional and financial stress for the entire family.
In order to stay current on substantive family law matters, Ms. Linder regularly attends Family Law continuing education courses. Ms. Linder is committed to understanding both the legal principles associated with family law matters as well as the emotional aspects that are inherent in all family law cases.
