VICTORIA SEARL LINDER
Victoria S. Linder earned her Juris Doctor with distinction from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law. She graduated summa cum laude from Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida. Ms. Linder's practice includes all areas of family law. She is committed to understanding both the legal principles associated with family law matters as well as the emotional aspects that are inherent in all family law cases. By understanding the emotional impact family law disputes have of families, Ms. Linder will provide you with the guidance and personal attention you need to get you through this time of change. She is committed to keeping her clients informed and educated so that they may make the decisions that are truly best for their families. Ms. Linder is an aggressive advocate for her clients when the case requires such advocacy, but she is always seeking to resolve matters amicably out of court where possible, which can greatly diminish the emotional and financial stress for the entire family. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her two children.
